#@?% Thanksgiving!!!

This is a project that I did for my Digital Imaging class. It's a digital painting, actually cell shading but who cares. And yes, Kyo [vocal of Dir en grey] is eating his own guts.

The story behind it:
On Wednesday Novevember 19, 2008 Dir en grey was playing at the House of Blues in Chicago. My friends and I had planned to see them four months in advance. We were so excited because we missed their show at the same place on February 13, 2007 last time. So, It was the Monday, two days before the show. Shajan, my sister and friend's 3-D Modeling instructor told the class that they absolutely had to be in class that Wednesday because they were learning to model the characters they had made. We were p!$$ed when he said that! Four months of planning shot down in five seconds!! Now we all could not go to see them! I mean I could've but I didn't have a ride and nobody would've been with me!
That Wednesday in our Digital Imaging class we were supposed to have ideas for this painting assignment, so I came up with this idea. The instructor was a bit shocked at my idea but he understood why I decided on it, and couldn't wait to see the finished piece.
